Frequently Asked Question

To gain access to the door access system there are 3 available methods.

• Tap to unlock (NFC)
• Use the app (Only works when in range of the door)
• Biometrics

To register:

1. Download the "Unifi Endpoint" app via Google Play or the Apple App Store on your personal or work device.
2. Click "Sign In to Your Organization"
3. When prompted for a domain or org name, please enter "dklaw"
4. Login using your Microsoft account

F.A.Q

• Do I need to keep the app installed?
  • Yes for tap to unlock, or using the app to unlock.
  • No if you registered biometrics.
• Why does the app need to know my location?
  • It needs to know you're here to use a door, and you're not opening it for a stranger at home.
• How secure/private is the Biometric data?
  • The registration process creates a face map, no images are stored, and all data is kept local on the access control system where it remains secure and private, never uploaded to the cloud.
• I don't have a phone, personal or work
  • Open a ticket and we can work with you on other options!
