1. Open Company portal
2. Install "Enable VMP"
   1. This installs Windows Virtual Machine Platform as required by Claude
   2. This will reboot your computer without warning, so please close all documents and applications first.
3. Download the app from this KB article
4. Right click and click "Run With Elevated Access"
